I believe in the power of critical thinking, relationship-building, community leadership, systems analysis, and envisioning to transform theory into practice and help organizations evolve.

“Leo was a strong collaborator, honing in intently on the goals for this project. They communicated consistently, effectively, and with great attention to detail. Leo brought a knowledge of healthcare and legal rights specific to transgender and gender-expansive youth and were able to translate this into relevant, digestible information for young readers and families. Leo's final assessment and report was thorough, delivered on time, and offered invaluable insights and edit suggestions that exceeded my expectations. The report was both highly detailed, analytical, and showed authentic care for the impact of my work. My own capacity and knowledge as an educator has been increased, thanks to working with Leo. I highly recommend their services and look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future!”
